You have to wonder why on earth somebody would even write such a useless thing into a programme!

I have minimize and maximize buttons disappeard in my windows xp sp3 machine.
Doesn’t matter I open I.E. windows explorer, Chrome or firefox, notepad….anything I face the same problem
Anyone out there to help me out??
