Ya the default pdf programs sometimes just create a simple pdf file without the bookmarks. I found this to be a pain as well. I use a pdf program called gDoc Fusion and it does a great job of creating pdf's with bookmarks. I will give word 2007 a try as well. Thanks, Jason Great Post.
